Let’s take a little time now for the ladies. We know Hollywood has typically portrayed women as damsels in distress that somehow always get themselves tied to train tracks by villains who look like poster boys for Movember, so this week we want to take a look at a few female characters who are some […]

Sex, love and pornography. As if Joseph Gordon-Levitt couldn’t get any better. The former child star has turned into quite the up-and-coming young actor as he’s worked to rebrand himself as something more than that kid from 3rd Rock From the Sun. Over the years, he’s starred in such films as Brick, The Dark Knight […]

There are very few movies nowadays where the conclusion comes close to unpredictable. The Dark Knight Rises had me wondering months before its release. Christopher Nolan had the power to kill Batman in his hands. It would be his final movie, as no sequel was confirmed, and rumors had been circulating like wildfire. This was an instance where something could actually happen. It didn’t.

While nothing official has been discussed, I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that terrorism is against Stars & Popcorn’s official company policy. That’s why none of the movies you’ve seen reviewed by us have officially been financed through terrorism. Winner Joseph Gordon-Levitt This kid has come a long way since his days on 3rd Rock from the Sun, but let’s be honest: We all saw this coming. 2012 was an incredible year at the movies for the guy. He partnered up with Batman, grew up to be Bruce Willis and rode his bike really, […]

So Dead Space 3’s finally out, and yeah, it’s kind of a big deal. Since Resident Evil has basically fallen off of the boat that is “survival horror” (both in their film and video game franchises), it’s been up to Electronic Arts and Visceral Games to maintain the mantle. And to bloody it up a bit, of course.

It’s February, which means that most of us have abandoned our hopes of a svelte figure for the new year, and with good reason: Exercising is hard work. It’s a lot easier just sitting on the couch a sobbing into a carton of ice cream about how I’ll never be as beautiful as the people […]
